Harvest Moon rose over Valley Village in the autumn of 2012, fulfilling Chef Christine Drapkin's long-nurtured dream of creating a special place where neighbors, friends and aficionados gather for delicious food in a convivial environment. Maybe they swing by for a meal, or for take-out, or to plan an event. Maybe they drop in to have a cup of amazing coffee and a sweet treat. Harvest Moon Kitchen was purposefully created to serve all of those needs. Delectably.
Drawing on 25 successful years as an executive chef and her life-long love of cooking, Christine had the talent and know-how to create this exceptional spot. Chris and her partner Rick, Harvest Moon's co-owner, designed a place where neighbors, co-workers, family, and friends gather to enjoy carefully prepared fresh and delectable meals and snacks. Harvest Moon is a sun splashed, neighborhood spot serving innovated standbys and glorious favorites for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. The approach to the menu– which includes house-made baked goods and takeaway items – is modern but accessible, gourmet but comfortable, and always delectable. Harvest Moon is the perfect spot for amazing breakfasts all day long, Sammies, salads, cookies, pastries, and gourmet tea and coffee. Now there are craft beers and curated wines to accompany the delicious menu. Christine's passion for the freshest foods and inspired preparation continues to build a growing community of Harvest Moon fans.
This is real food, prepared really well.
