Chris’s Cooking Tip of the Week:
How to get a yummy crust on your steak!
Step 1: Cook the meat at room temperature.
Step 2: Heat pan super super hot. (Don’t use a nonstick pan!)
Step 3: Put oil in pan.
Step 4: Add steak and DON’T TOUCH for 3 minutes!
***Don’t forget the salt & pepper!
